She truly cares, and takes time to accommodate for your pet’s individual needs such as: anxiety issues, special needs and elder dogs with aging joints who experience physical challenges during their groom. Gentle limb, back support, and rest periods off the grooming table are provided as needed. Hypo-allergenic or lavender infused massaging bath using eco-friendly and cruelty-free shampoo help calm and reassure.

 

Heather is skilled with her tools of the trade and has a trained artful eye for achieving gorgeous grooms. Your dogs health, safety and well-being are her top priority. ***She has a safety policy in place if your dogs behavior become too nervous, stressed or overly excited. 

 

Heather slows down, stops and allows more time for your dog so he or she is not pushed beyond emotional and physical limits. With positive reinforcement, she works with your dog to become more comfortable, calm and cooperative towards a lifetime of essential grooming and beautiful trims.

 

*5-7 week recurring scheduled grooming appointments are required *to become a new client in order for Heather to provide and maintain optimum skin/coat/nail health, wellness and hygiene for your small dog.
 

Spaces are limited per day to ensure your dogs appointment is not rushed. Your "small" dog will feel relieved, much happier and confident at the end of their grooming session.
