Servicing Old Ottawa South + area  

Please read service requirements before filling out "New Client Service Request" form:

  • You are located in Old Ottawa South, The Glebe & surrounding near by areas

  • Your dog does not exceed more than 20 lbs.

  • You are seeking *recurring 5-7 week, regular scheduled grooming appointments to maintain optimum health, wellness and hygiene of skin/ears/coat and nail trimming for your small dog.

  • Guaranteed parking required (no street parking) to efficiently carry grooming equipment to your immediate entrance and also park for the duration of each appointment.

  • SMOKE - F R E E environment

  • Kitchen sink or laundry sink is required to give your dog a cleansing bath

  • 48 hrs notice required if your unable to keep your appointment without 50% cancellation fee charged, or if she arrives at your home and you have not provided alternative access/key/or door code.

***Cancellation Policy***
Heather carefully schedules, plans her route according to each prearranged appointment and travels directly to your home. She asks for a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep the appointment. There will be a 50% cancellation fee, or if she arrives at your home and you are not home at the prearranged appointment or if you did not arrange to provide alternative access for her.
